How the refundable deposit works

The attendance deposit is returned within 10 business days after the festival when the approved vendor checks in on time, remains open during required operating hours, satisfies permit and safety requirements, and leaves the assigned area clean.

The deposit is separate from the participation fee and is forfeited for a no-show, unapproved early departure, missing required permits, material rule violation, or failure to clean the assigned area.

Founding 20 sponsorship credits are conditional upon execution and funding of the Title Sponsorship Agreement. Selection among the first 20 approved vendors establishes eligibility but does not establish the final credit amount. Optional electricity, water, premium placement, and oversized-space charges may apply. Credit-card processing fees may be added at checkout. Participants remain responsible for permits, licenses, insurance, equipment, and operating supplies.
