Official promotional terms
Clear rules. Fair verification.
These terms explain who qualifies, how status is confirmed, and how perks may be redeemed.
1. Organizer
The Founding 1,000 promotion is organized by Kidd Camp Inc., owner and operator of Pine Tree Smoke & Soul Fest.
2. Promotion period
The promotion begins when the official claim form is published and ends when 1,000 eligible followers have been verified or when the organizer closes the promotion, whichever occurs first.
3. Qualification
Participants must follow the official festival Facebook page, complete the official claim form, provide accurate contact and Facebook-profile information, remain a follower through redemption, and meet all verification requirements. No purchase is required to submit a claim. Festival admission requirements still apply on the event date.
4. Selection and verification
Status is awarded to the first 1,000 eligible people whose claim forms are received and successfully verified—not solely according to Facebook's displayed follower count. Verification may include submitted profile information, a screenshot, or displaying active follower status during redemption. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or unverifiable submissions may be rejected.
5. Confirmation
Approved participants will receive a confirmation email or digital claim notice that may include a unique reference number or QR code. Each person may receive only one perk pack.
6. Perks and substitutions
Planned perks are the commemorative wristband, official sticker, express check-in, and one food or nonalcoholic beverage voucher valued up to $5. The organizer may substitute an unavailable item with one of comparable or greater value.
7. Transferability
Founding Follower status, confirmation codes, wristbands, vouchers, and associated perks are nontransferable, may not be sold, and have no cash value.
8. Redemption
Perks must be redeemed in person at the designated Founding Followers Check-In or Guest Services area at Pine Tree Smoke & Soul Fest, Maude Cobb Convention Center Fairgrounds, Longview, Texas. Participants must present their confirmation, proof that they still follow the official page, and matching photo identification when requested. Participants under 18 must redeem with a parent or legal guardian.
9. Redemption deadline
Perks must be claimed within the first three hours after public festival gates open unless the confirmation notice provides a different deadline. Unclaimed perks expire and will not be mailed, held, refunded, or replaced.
10. Availability
The promotion is limited to 1,000 verified participants. All items, vouchers, and operational benefits are subject to availability. Lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, or previously redeemed confirmations and perks may not be replaced.
11. Conduct and changes
The organizer may disqualify false, duplicate, manipulated, sold, or transferred claims. Kidd Camp Inc. may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion when fraud, technical problems, safety concerns, legal requirements, event cancellation, weather, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as intended.
12. Facebook disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. Participants release Facebook and Meta from claims arising from participation in the promotion.
